A significant drain was their accreditation process: continuous cycles of self-assessment, evidence gathering, and policy application across departments. Finding answers to policy questions meant interrupting managers or digging through documents. Time that should have gone to clients was going to administration.
The approach:
Conducted discovery sessions and workflow analysis to identify where time and capacity were being lost
Mapped existing policy and compliance documentation to design a scalable AI knowledge architecture
Built two AI agents within the organization's existing Microsoft 365 environment — a foundational policy agent for all staff, and a specialized compliance agent for the accreditation team
Developed and delivered a phased change management and rollout plan, including staff engagement activities to build ownership before launch
Delivered training and handoff documentation so internal staff could maintain the system independently

Staff gained instant, citation-backed answers to policy questions — reducing interruptions and improving consistency

Audited current sustainability tools for SME usability
Identified capability gaps and translated them into clear support needs
Used change management models to shape a toolkit that encourages real follow-through
Built an accessible planning resource with plain-language guidance and sector examples

Found that while 100% of respondents were taking some action, nearly half lacked awareness of available support
Highlighted the importance of tools that are flexible, not prescriptive
Delivered a downloadable toolkit tailored to the SME context, making it easier to take the next step
