Our Work
Big ideas are one thing. Making them happen (and making them last) is another.
These stories show how we help teams move forward with clarity, creativity, and care.
From Separate Systems to Unified Experience
Transforming sales operations by focusing on clarity, trust, and user needs. This project wasn’t just about moving data. It was about supporting people through a complex platform migration and laying the groundwork for smoother operations and better customer experiences.

From Separate Systems to Unified Experience
The challenge: The client needed to consolidate multiple product lines onto a single sales platform. The goal was to improve the user experience and streamline operations — all without disrupting business-critical processes. Behind the scenes, it meant untangling legacy systems and building a foundation that could scale.
The approach:
Started with clarity
Documented all processes early and shared them across teams
Provided hands-on demos so people knew what was coming
Engaged change champions across departments to localize the experience
Built two-way communication
Created regular feedback loops through testing and demo sessions
Encouraged open dialogue and early issue spotting
Used a test-and-adjust mindset to allow course corrections
Involved the right people at the right time
Selected testers based on daily workflow knowledge
Made sure decision-makers were looped in at key points
Kept stakeholders engaged and informed throughout
Created space for open dialogue
Encouraged honest feedback without blame
Built trust through transparent communication
Tackled concerns directly instead of avoiding them
The impact:
A smoother migration
Completed a complex platform shift with minimal disruption
Delivered new quoting tools and features users had requested
Streamlined tasks that previously required multiple systems
High adoption and strong user experience
Business users were active participants throughout the rollout
Launch went smoothly with positive feedback on usability and support
New platform functionality met real needs and expectations
Why it worked: Technology transformations succeed when they’re treated as people transformations. This one worked because communication was clear, engagement was real, and users were trusted to help shape the change — not just receive it.
Turning Strategic Vision
into Shared Purpose
How do you bring 150 senior leaders into alignment with company strategy — and make it feel meaningful, not mandatory? We designed an immersive experience that combined clear direction with real connection. The result: stronger alignment, deeper engagement, and impact that extended beyond the business.
-
Turning Strategic Vision into Shared Purpose
The challenge: How do you align 150 senior leaders across a global organization while maintaining real human connection? This wasn’t just about sharing information. It was about building genuine engagement with company strategy .
The approach:
Designed immersive three-day experience
Balanced strategic content with meaningful peer connection
Created a hands-on social impact project using company products
Built in measurement to track both understanding and engagement
The impact:
Strategy understanding increased from 74% to 90%
Alignment with company priorities rose from 66% to 95%
100% of attendees reported stronger connections with colleagues
Built 10 playhouses for children with terminal illnesses
95% of participants reported enjoying the experience
Why it worked: Strategic alignment doesn’t have to feel like a lecture. When you combine a clear direction with real engagement, you get outcomes that last — and people enjoy the process.
Supporting Sustainability
in Small Businesses
Small businesses make up over 90% of global companies, yet most sustainability frameworks overlook their unique needs. This project focused on uncovering what’s getting in the way—and creating practical, easy-to-use tools that support real change.
-
Supporting Sustainability
in Small BusinessesThe challenge: Sustainability is on the radar for many small to medium sizes enterprises (SMEs), but lack of time, capacity, and accessible guidance often stalls progress. Existing frameworks were built for big business. Our goal was to design something better suited to small ones.
The approach:
Conducted a national survey of Canadian SMEs to understand their awareness, motivators, and barriers
Audited current sustainability tools for SME usability
Identified capability gaps and translated them into clear support needs
Used change management models to shape a toolkit that encourages real follow-through
Built an accessible planning resource with plain-language guidance and sector examples
The impact:
Found that while 100% of respondents were taking some action, nearly half lacked awareness of available support
Highlighted the importance of tools that are flexible, not prescriptive
Delivered a downloadable toolkit tailored to the SME context, making it easier to take the next step
Why it worked: Sustainability doesn’t have to be overwhelming. When you meet small businesses where they are and give them tools they can actually use, change feels doable—and progress follows.
From Strategy to Reality:
Transforming How Work Works
A legacy organization needed to rethink work from the ground up. We helped redesign not just where people worked, but how — aligning leadership, engaging employees, and transforming the headquarters into a space that supported a more flexible, human-centered model.
-
From Strategy to Reality: Transforming How Work Works
The challenge
When the pandemic forced an overnight shift to remote work, our client needed more than a temporary fix. They needed to rethink how work happens — not just where. The goal was to turn disruption into long-term advantage by redesigning both space and culture. The approach
Created an "Evolution of Work" strategy with deep stakeholder input
Built a change management plan for 7,500+ employees
Designed and delivered a $15M headquarters transformation
Kept engagement high through clear communication and aligned leadership
The impact
95% employee satisfaction with the new office experience
96% said the new environment felt welcoming
93% felt the change was good for the company
A traditional organization successfully transitioned to a hybrid workplace
Why it worked: Real transformation happens when you connect strategy to how people actually work. When you respect habits, culture, and practical needs, you get change that lasts.
Making Human Rights Real:
From Policy to Practice
A global company needed more than a policy — they needed to bring human rights into how they worked every day. We built the strategy, tools, and structure to do just that, helping them move from intent to action and set a new standard for accountability.
-
Making Human Rights Real: From Policy to Practice
The challenge
Building a human rights strategy for a global company meant more than drafting policies. It meant shifting how the entire organization understood its responsibilities and how it acted on them. The approach
Completed a company-wide human rights risk assessment
Developed a board-approved human rights policy
Created a full implementation framework and tools
Led a cross-functional working group with executive sponsorship
Managed internal communications and stakeholder engagement
Delivered mandatory disclosures for two publicly traded companies
The impact
Successfully completed first human rights disclosures
Improved transparency and built trust with stakeholders
Established a repeatable model for future human rights work
Gave the company a clear, practical path forward
Why it worked: Complex change becomes manageable when you pair big-picture thinking with clear action steps. The key is helping people understand the “why” — and giving them tools to act on it.
Leading
Through Disruption
Building clarity, trust, and momentum in a time of rapid change. When the pandemic hit, everything shifted — safety policies, communication expectations, and the very definition of work. This project focused on helping a large, dispersed workforce navigate change without losing connection, direction, or trust.
-
Leading Through Disruption
The challenge: Employees needed real-time guidance, reassurance, and support in a fast-changing environment. The organization needed to act quickly while still aligning to its values and long-term strategy. Communication had to be clear, grounded, and human — every day.

Delivered clear, calm, timely messages across the organization
Set up regular updates and check-ins that became anchors for teams
Kept language grounded and human — never corporate or reactive
Designed and rolled out responsive policies
Developed practical policies for remote work, health protocols, and flexible support
Worked closely with operations and HR to align messaging and action
Anticipated emerging issues and adjusted quickly as conditions changed
Led with care and clarity
Built internal trust by showing empathy and transparency
Gave leaders the tools and language they needed to lead effectively
Balanced strategic alignment with day-to-day human needs
The impact:
